Your contract regarding goods you have purchased through this website is with Examaids
Purchases you make through this website are regarded as having been made in England
We shall be bound by English law concerning any purchases you make through this website

All purchases from this website are licensed to you with attached conditions (view generic licence)
Licences are non-transferable and valid from the date of purchase for a period of one calendar year
Licences may be renewed annually by making a further payment(s) of 50% of the product price

The store trades in pounds sterling (GBP) but you may view prices in other currencies (see page header)
You may cancel an order, or exchange goods for a similar product, if order was placed erroneously (see next clause)
Once goods have been downloaded or dispatched, said goods cannot be exchanged or refunded
We reserve the right NOT to fulfil an order for goods that were advertised at an incorrect price

You can download goods and printable invoice by logging into your account after a successful transaction
You may download a virtual product up to three times from our server (links expire after 15 days)
Goods delivered on CD-ROM include the cost of worldwide shipping (boxes are for display only)
Goods are sent by Royal Mail (please note, delivery may take between 1-5 business days)
We will send goods only to the shipping address you have supplied in your order
You shall be held liable for any delivery expenses incurred due to incorrect information supplied in the order
If your delivery address is outside of the European Union, you may be subject to and liable for import duties

If we provide goods in error, we will send a replacement at our expense at the earliest opportunity presented to us
If a CD-ROM is damaged in transit, we will replace it at our expense (we may require proof of the damaged goods)
We shall NOT be held liable for any delay in the delivery of goods once the order has been dispatched from our store
You are responsible for informing us within 14 days if you NOT receive the goods within the stated time in the order confirmation
An admin charge of £12.50 (GBP) may be levied at our discretion on requests for additional download links
Liability of Examaids for a breach of a condition or warranty implied or otherwise by law shall be limited to the supply of the goods afresh or the cash equivalent
The customer is responsible for ensuring a corresponding exam is available in their territory prior to making a purchase as downloaded products may not be returned for a refund
In no event shall Examaids be held responsible for losses, damages, liabilities, claims and expenses (including but not limited to legal costs and defence or settlement costs) arising out of goods on our website

We reserve the right to change information, prices, and descriptions of our goods without prior notice
You ensure any spam filters and/or services employed by you do NOT block, bounce or delete emails from Examaids.com
You have permission to backup the downloaded zipped file onto removable media (recommended)

You undertake all details that you provide for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are present and correct
If potential fraud is identified due to false information supplied to us, your details will be passed to relevant agencies to avert fraud and money laundering
You agree to us using your email address and telephone number as a means of communicating with you regarding the goods you have purchased
We undertake NOT to disclose, lease, rent or sell to third parties your personal details, including your email address and phone number
