LICENCE TERMS

Personal licences are limited to one year duration. However, you may renew the licence at a 50% discount.

Payments are collected by PayPal® using their PCI DSS compliant servers (we do NOT collect your credit card information). The name Giga will appear on your credit card statement. You can use one of the following credit or debit cards:

If you are unable to pay via a credit or debit card on the PayPal site, please use one of the following payment methods.

BANK TO BANK WIRE TRANSFER

To pay from your bank account to our bank account, please do the following:

  1. Click 'Proceed to Checkout' on the Shopping Cart page
  2. Login or create account
  3. Agree to our terms and condition
  4. Choose the pay by bank wire option

Please note: This method is NOT automated. Transfers may take between 1–48 hours to complete.

ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT METHODS

  • Send money via MoneyGram International
  • Send money via WesternUnion (WU)

If using one of the above payment methods, please place your order, then use the bank account information on the order confirmation page, or email, on the MoneyGram International or WesternUnion (WU) site to do a direct to bank transfer. Please ensure the sum is the correct amount and in pounds sterling (GBP).

DELIVERY

Software can be downloaded immediately, after a successful payment transaction, by doing the following:

  • Clicking on the download link in the order confirmation email (please check your spam filters)
  • Logging into your account, viewing the order history details and then clicking on the product name

Please note, the download link will automatically expire after three attempts or 12 days from purchase date.

If you bought the software delivered on a CD-ROM, please allow 1–5 business days for it to arrive.
