I made the purchase 5 minutes ago via Google Checkout. Where's my download link?
Google Checkout can take up to 15 minutes to to complete their checks. Please be patient. Link will be sent once your details are verified.

I made the purchase several days ago. Why haven't I received the download information?
If you have not received the download information within 24 hours of your purchase, it could be because:

• Our email has bounced back, or has been deleted by your ISP/host without any notification
• You have filters set to block HTML (Rich Text) emails
• SpamCop is blocking our emails sent to your email address
• The email address you used to make the purchase is inactive
• The email address you used requires verification by a person
• The domain name in your PayPal account is not configured properly
• You paid with an eCheque (requires 4–5 business days to clear)

Please take the following action:

• Send an email to us using another account but NOT from the same host or domain name if possible (include order information)
• Wait for the eCheque to clear, which usually takes 4–5 business days, or request order cancellation and use credit/debit card to pay immediately. IWC, your eCheque will be reimbursed once it has cleared

I get an error message when I expand the downloaded file. What should I do?
Occasionally, the download process can corrupt the file – especially if you are using a slow dial-up connection at a busy time. If this happens to you, please wait a few hours and try downloading the file again when there is less Internet traffic.

I have installed the exam aid successfully on my Mac but cannot view the graphics accompanying the questions.

Examaids are available only in English.

The material in our exam aids is original and is based on the areas recommended for study by Adobe. Any resemblance to the questions in the official exam is purely coincidental.

I scored high marks in the mock exams but failed the official exam. Can I have my money back?
Our exam aids complement self study. They do not purport to teach you the corresponding applications or to guarantee a pass. There are too many variables to guarantee self study will ensure a pass. However, 99% of the people who have used our exam aids pass first time!
